Privacy policy

What we collect from you

• Your email address, and your name and agency if you give them.
• The plan you choose and your filters: states, counties and trades.
• Basic server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, kept for security and debugging.

Stripe handles payments. Card details go to Stripe, not to us.

How we use it

To send the sample, the welcome email and your weekly digests, to bill your plan and to keep the service running. We don’t sell your information, and the site has no advertising or tracking scripts.

Who processes it

Stripe for payments and an email delivery provider for sending. They act on our instructions.

Contractor records

The contractor data in digests comes from public licensing-board records. To correct a record, contact the board that publishes it; the change reaches the digest after the board updates its file.

Email and your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can ask us to delete your information once you no longer subscribe; billing records may be kept as long as tax law requires.
